  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips milk, dark, or white chocolate
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • Melt the Chocolate: In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter together over medium heat. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  • Prepare the Base: In a large bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar until evenly distributed.
  • Add Marshmallows: Gently fold the mini marshmallows into the graham cracker mixture.
  • Combine the Mixtures: Pour the melted chocolate over the graham cracker and marshmallow mixture. Stir until everything is coated in the chocolate.
  • Set and Chill: Scoop the mixture into a lined baking dish, pressing it down gently. Let it cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until set.
